Ramazan brings a unique and powerful and top-tier advisory experience to Tinvento, specializing in optimizing the financial outcomes of complex international exits and sophisticated wealth structuring. His deep understanding of global tax frameworks, honed over years working within tax authorities and leading advisory practices, allows him to craft innovative strategies that maximize net proceeds and protect wealth for founders, corporations, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) navigating critical transitions.

With an extensive background that includes 11 years at the Turkish Tax Authorities, where he led international tax teams, advised major taxpayers, and was directly involved in drafting pivotal tax legislation, Ramazan possesses an insider’s perspective on how tax systems operate globally. His role as a Turkish delegate to the OECD provided him with firsthand experience in shaping international tax policy.

Transitioning to the private sector, Ramazan served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for three years. During this time, he managed a diverse portfolio of complex international tax projects, further refining his expertise in cross-border transaction structuring and tax optimization for multinational clients.

Ramazan is a recognized thought leader in his field, having published numerous articles in prominent international publications and authored the book ‘Transfer Pricing Practices Guidelines’. His academic credentials include an Advanced LL.M. Degree in International Tax Law from the prestigious Leiden University in the Netherlands, further strengthening his expertise in European and international tax frameworks crucial for Tinvento’s client base.

Fluent in English, Ramazan also holds CPA and Public Internal Auditor licenses, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and rigorous financial standards.
