Ali’s entrepreneurial drive was evident early on; at just 16, he founded Vargonen Technologies. He built this managed cloud service provider into a leading operation in Turkey and scaled it into a global entity with multiple data centers serving thousands of customers worldwide. This experience gives him profound insight into the operational, financial, and strategic challenges of building and scaling a technology business internationally.
Crucially, Ali successfully navigated the exit of Vargonen Technologies to a top-tier private equity firm. Hazal graduated from the Department of International Relations and Political Science in Istanbul Bilgi University.
After an internship at Labour Voices, a non-profit company that reports on protecting the rights of blue-collar textile workers and holding companies in the private sector accountable within the scope of labour rights, she continued her career at Ernst & Young (EY) Türkiye in the Global Compliance Department.
During her period at E&Y Türkiye, Hazal worked with both local and international clients operating multiple sectors. She primarily worked on corporate tax legislations and accounting obligations.
Besides, she actively attended tax compliance audits and compliance report preparations. Hazal continues her career as a ‘Manager’’ at Tinvento and involves mainly in international company structuring, cross-border investment strategy and international wealth management.

Serra graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics and continues her master’s degree at Istanbul University, Department of Money, Capital Markets and Financial Institutions.
She started her career in tax Audit and worked in this field for 8 years. In this context, she involved in tax audit, tax consultancy and buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence in merger and acquisition processes.
At Tinvento, she provides exit-focused tax optimization, international company structuring, cross-border investment strategy and international wealth management to clients from different sectors.
Serra speaks Turkish and English fluently.
She holds a CPA license.
Dilara graduated from the Faculty of Law at Gazi University.
Since successfully completed her internship in 2021, she is registered at Istanbul Bar. During her internship, Dilara worked on corporate law cases and followed all the proceedings of case and arbitration files and attended the hearings.
During this period, Dilara started her master’s degree in İstanbul University, Department of Public Law, Criminology and Criminal Justice Master’s Programme with thesis. Dilara also completed her master’s degree at the University of Cologne in Germany.
Dilara continues her career as attorney and tax consultant at Tinvento and involves international tax, international company structuring as well as advising the clients for cross-border investment projects.

İlke graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and successfully completed her master’s degree at Bahçeşehir University, Department of Capital Markets and Commercial Law.
She gained experience in the field of Corporate Law during her internship in 2019. The areas of her expertise has been focused on the corporate law, commercial law as well international law.
İlke speaks Turkish and English fluently. She is also native speaker of Russian language.
She continues her career as attorney and legal advisor at Tinvento.
Nazlım graduated from Faculty of Communication at Marmara University.
She has experience in international office operations, organizing team activities, supporting HR processes, digital marketing, and account management.
